Last night, The Shelving Store along with the Oakland County Chamber Network transformed it’s warehouse and showroom into a Halloween extravaganza. We covered every nook and cranny with spider webs and decorated the space with ghostly goblins, blood-sucking spiders and an eerie graveyard. So we would like to share a few photos, some thanks and hopefully a few decorating ideas to turn your home into a ghoulish, festive scene.

The showroom of our building all lit up, complete with spider webs, and caution tape. It just goes to show how a little lighting can really make a space shine.

The front desk all nice and decorated for the Halloween holiday. The bushel of hay is what really brings everything together and you can find one at most farmers markets.

The warehouse ready to go for the big night. The spooky walls to the right is was makes this look work. We also had fog machines and strobe lights going as well which make for a horrific setting.
The lucky winners for best costume. From left to right: gangster winner Mr. Williams, an old school Detroit Lions player also known as our owner, Joe Schodowski, presenting the prize and Mrs. Williams as a flapper girl.

The Shelving Store would like to thank everyone who came out for the spooktastic party and to the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce for co-hosting this fantastic networking event. Supporting your community is always a great choice and hopefully we gave you a few decorating ideas as well. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
